This Course is a hand on Skill course which is ideal for those who are passionate about baking. The course would impart professional baking skill which enables the learner to become an independent Baker within short span. This course further thus can help the learner to enroll for advanced Diploma course in Baking/Pastry Arts enabling the leaner to become a Professional Pastry Chef.

  • Day 1 - Introduction to Basic Breads, Dinner Roll , White Bread
  • Day 2 – Stuffed Buns, Bread Stick , Multi Grain Bread
  • Day 3 – International Breads – Focaccia, Ciabatta , Brioche
  • Day 4 –Different Types of Pizza,
  • Day 5 – Cookies – Pin Wheel, Short Bread, Choco Chip
  • Day 6 – Cup Cakes, Muffin, Tea Cake
  • Day 7 – Gateaux, Pastry : Whipped Cream Birthday Cake, Basic Vanilla Pastry, Ganache Cake
  • Day 8 - Gateaux, Pastry : Black Forest Gateaux, Red Velvet Cake, Nougat Pastry
  • Day 9 – Pies, Tarts, Quiches
  • Day 10 – Marzipan, Jujube Candy
  • Day 11 – Tiramisu ,Chocolate Eclairs
  • Day 12 – Mousse, Bavarois, Souffle
  • Day 13 – Donuts (Filled and Glazed), Brownie
  • Day 14 – Basic Filled Chocolates
  • Day 15 –Baking Assessment
  • Day 16: Pastry Assessment

Duration & Eligibility

Duration: 2 Months

Age Limit: Min Age of 15 Years and above


Timings & Fees

  • Days : Friday and Saturday
  • Timings : 9 AM to 1 PM
  • Total No of Hours: 100 Hours
  • Fee: Rs.95, 000 (+18% GST)
    (Fee Includes Basic Toolkit, Apron and Chef Cap)
  • Candidates have to buy Safety Shoes
  • Certificate shall be awarded by Bangalore Culinary Institute
  • No paid internship and No Placement for certificate course.
  • Those who are looking for internship and placement has to enroll in the Professional Diploma courses.
