Bangalore Culinary Institute offers Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts. The course hones the learner to become professional chef within a span of three years comprising hands on skills in Culinary Arts, Patisserie, Advanced Pastry Arts, Sugar Art, Chocolate Arts and much more.
Students are taught fundamentals of Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts in the first six months which includes basic cookery, knife skill, stocks, basic sauces and their derivatives, Soups, Menu planning etc .

Students are also provided with an additional Degree in Culinary Arts approved by UGC, Govt of India in order to impart them more knowledge about the hotel industry thus enabling them to become future entrepreneurs.
In the final semester student would be provided with an opportunity to undergo six months kitchen training in a star category hotel in India or Abroad.
Duration & Eligibility
3 Years.
Who can join: Those who have completed 10 + 2 with minimum age of 17 .
6 Months Training in Mauritius
- The course is complete hands on Skill for 6 months followed by 6 months training in Star hotels in India or abroad.
- At the moment majority of our students fly to Mauritius star hotels like Marriott, Le Merdien etc.
- During 6 months training students earn 27000 per month with free food on duty and accommodation.
- Free flight ticket worth of 1 lakhs id provided to students who have attendance above 90% during the 6 months classes at the institute.
- After completion of the course students would be provided 100% placement in 5 star category hotels in India or abroad (Maldives, France, Germany , Middle East countries , Spain , Australia, Newzealand and in cruiseliners etc..
