Day 6 – Chinese Cuisine – Sauces of Chinese Cuisine and Ingredients of Chinese Cuisine
Day 7 – Chinese Cuisine – 3 Course Menu
Day 8 - Chinese Cuisine – 3 Course Menu
Day 9 – Chinese Cuisine – 3 Course Menu
Day 10 – Italian Cuisine - Sauces of Italian Cuisine and Ingredients of Italian Cuisine
Day 11 – Italian Cuisine – 3 Course Menu
Day 12 – Italian Cuisine – 3 Course Menu
Day 13 – Indian Cuisine – Basic Gravies and Ingredients of Indian Cuisine

Days : Friday and Saturday
Timings : 9 AM to 1 PM
Total No of Hours: 100 Hours
Fee: Rs.98, 000 (+18% GST) (Fee Includes Basic Toolkit, Apron and Chef Cap)
Candidates have to buy Safety Shoes
Certificate shall be awarded by Bangalore Culinary Institute
No paid internship and No Placement for certificate course.
