An Apt course for learners who desire to excel their hands on skill in baking and pastry arts. After completing High School or Any Bachelor’s Degree you can join this one year baking course and get trained from expert Chefs.

After completion of the course you would be able to start your own Cafe’, Cake Shop or You can join the hotel to become a professional pastry Chef.

This baking course comprises six months classes in the college followed by six month hotel training. There is also an option to skip the hotel training and choose a bakery project. But placement would be provided only for those who opt the hotel training.

Students are provided Six Months hotel training followed by placement in a star hotel kitchen in India or Abroad.

Duration & Eligibility

1 Year.

Those who have completed Any Bachelor’s Degree or High School with minimum age of 17.

6 Months Training in Mauritius

The course is complete hands on Skill for 6 months followed by 6 months training in Star hotels in India or abroad.
At the moment majority of our students fly to Mauritius star hotels like Marriott, Le Merdien etc.
During 6 months training students earn 27000 per month with free food on duty and accommodation.
Free flight ticket worth of 1 lakhs id provided to students who have attendance above 90% during the 6 months classes at the institute.
After completion of the course students would be provided 100% placement in 5 star category hotels in India or abroad (Maldives, France, Germany , Middle East countries , Spain , Australia, Newzealand and in cruiseliners etc..
